About TenantShield

Clear repair letters, transparent sources

TenantShield helps renters turn a maintenance problem into an organized written request. The service combines the tenant's own facts with a location-aware framework and links to sources they can verify.

Primary sources first

Location pages link to legislation, government housing authorities, tribunals, or established public legal-information resources used as starting points.

Facts before conclusions

The builder asks for dates, conditions, previous notice, and available evidence. It does not decide liability or promise a legal outcome.

Clear limits

TenantShield is document-preparation software, not a law firm. Local rules, the lease, delivery requirements, and individual facts can change the correct next step.

Corrections welcome

If a source has changed or a statement needs correction, email support@tenant-letter.com. We review reported issues against the cited source.

How the content is maintained

TenantShield's product team reviews the published legal foundations against the linked sources and records a visible review date. We update source links, citations, and wording when a verified change affects a template. We do not claim attorney review unless a named, qualified reviewer has actually completed it.

Current content review date: 2026-08-16

What TenantShield does not do

TenantShield does not provide legal advice, represent tenants, determine whether a legal violation occurred, or guarantee a landlord response. Urgent danger requires emergency services or the appropriate utility—not a generated letter.
